Terms of sale and use

Last updated 29 August 2026. These terms are between you and T3raTech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

What the free tier is

T3rnel Browser is free to install and free to use. The free tier is not a trial and does not expire. It requires no account, sends no telemetry, and keeps working whether or not you ever buy Pro.

What you buy

T3rnel Browser Pro is a one-time purchase of $29.99 USD. It is not a subscription, and it does not renew. Buying it grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features of T3rnel Browser on up to three installations that you control.

• Your licence key is shown to you once, when payment completes. Keep it: it is what activates Pro on your other machines.
• Activation is verified against our licence service once, at activation. After that the entitlement is verified on your device, offline. Losing your internet connection does not disable Pro.
• An activation can be released from the extension's settings, which frees the slot for another machine.
• The licence covers this product. It does not grant rights to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the extension or its source.

Payment

Payment is taken by PayNow or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. We never see or store your card details; the payment provider handles them. What our licence service stores is described in the privacy policy.

Refunds

If Pro does not work for you, write to t3ratech.dev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why. After a refund the licence is revoked and Pro returns to the free tier; the free tier keeps working.

What we do not promise

The software is provided as it is. We test it against the browsers listed on the overview and we say plainly where support is partial, but browsers change under us and we cannot promise that every feature works on every site.

Some features are described as safety measures — the approval gate, the LLM firewall, the encrypted vault, secret redaction. They are mitigations, not guarantees. They reduce a risk; they do not remove it. Do not rely on any of them as the only thing standing between an automated agent and something that matters.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you point the tools at. Use them on pages and accounts you are entitled to use. The extension deliberately ships no fingerprint spoofing, no user-agent rotation and no anti-bot circumvention, and we will not add them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them and the change is noted in the changelog. A change never applies retroactively to a licence you have already bought.
